Speaker – Michael

My name is Michael and I am happily retired, so I get to spend all my time pursuing my passion, which is cars. I work on all my own cars, I race them, and I drive for teams. The joy of my life is my granddaughter. She first came to the track at nine months old, and she started helping me in the garage when she was 5 or 6.

I mentor people of all ages and I have been doing stained glass for over 4 decades. I've been using Tyrvaya for over a year to treat my dry eye symptoms. My doctor first diagnosed me with dry eye symptoms many decades ago, but in 2018, I had cataract surgery and my dry eye symptoms got noticeably worse. They itched all the time, and I had tears running down my eyes unexpectedly.

My doctor recommended many different treatments for my dry eye symptoms. First, he said don't touch your eyes. So, I've tried hard to be compliant and not touch my eyes. Then he recommended a heat mask, which I have to use for 10 minutes, two times each day. He also had me use artificial tears four times a day and a cream before bedtime. He said that as you age, your eyes get drier. It's a natural thing. When I was on the track, I never knew when my eyes were going to get dry, and that became a distraction for my driving. When I was working on my cars and working on extremely precise parts, sometimes tears would start rolling down my face. And that was also a distraction.

Before using Tyrvaya, I tried all of the things that my doctor recommended for my dry eye symptoms, but the relief was always temporary. I heard about Tyrvaya from a car club friend. I wanted to try it immediately, so I called my doctor, got an appointment to discuss whether Tyrvaya was right for me. He thought it was, wrote me the prescription, and I have been on it ever since.

After starting on Tyrvaya, my dry eye symptoms were better before my next doctor visit. My eyes were less dry, and the relief lasted all day long. I was used to using other nasal sprays that you had to stuff as high up your nose as you could. I had to learn the correct way to use Tyrvaya, the Tyrvaya way to spray.

Since taking Tyrvaya, I have less dry eye symptoms. I now can focus on my family and my racing. But this is just my experience. Your experience may be different.

Real tears powered by Tyrvaya. They've worked great for me, and I hope they do for you too.

My doctor told me that the most common side effects of Tyrvaya include sneezing, cough, and throat and nose irritation.

He reminded me that Tyrvaya is for use in the nose and told me not to shake the bottles.
